Kane Chester - Women’s Coach
Stepping into his first official year as Head Coach of the BBFNC Women’s team, Kane is no stranger to the red and black.
After spending last season working alongside and learning from former coach Milzy, Kane brings a fresh energy, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of the team’s culture and strengths. Having learned from one of the best, he’s ready to make his mark while continuing to build on the foundations already in place.
Meg Graham - Football Manager
With 100 games under her belt and a reputation as one of BBFNC’s most dependable and versatile players, Meg Graham steps into the role of Football Manager with experience, confidence, and club pride running through her veins. With her calm presence, competitive spirit, and deep knowledge of the game, stepping into football management is a natural fit for Meg. She knows the ins and outs of the club, connects easily with players and staff, and is already proving to be a huge asset behind the scenes.
Craig Lear - Youth Girl’s Coach
Craig Lear returns for another as coach of the BBFNC Youth Girls football team — and we couldn’t be more excited to have him back.
Craig made a huge impact in his previous seasons, bringing passion, knowledge, and a calm, encouraging presence that helped our youth girls develop both as footballers and as a team. His focus on skills, teamwork, and building confidence saw the group grow stronger with every game.
